Monitoring and Evaluation
Susan Lilian Namuli holds a Masters of Monitoring and Evaluation and is an active member of the Uganda Evaluation Association (UEA). She is an enthusiastic and organised by profession with experience in high-level executive support roles in Monitoring and Evaluation, Planning and Financial Management, Designing, Editing and Reporting, Evaluation Methodologies, Data Collection and Analysis, Project Budget preparations, control and expenditures.
She has the ability to create new systems that increase organisational efficiency through the identification of opportunities and taking full advantage of the best practices.
Susan cherishes a forward-thinking approach to issues, believes in team-based approaches, results-oriented, merit-based systems and principles and always aspires to foster innovative solutions to problems -moves the focus from analysis to action; shows a persistence to overcome obstacles and takes immediate actions to solve problems. She is a hard-working individual who strives to achieve the best in all areas, works well in teams but also independently and always eager to learn new skills.
She is endowed with excellent communication skills both orally and verbally and pays greater attention to details in work. She is dedicated and keen to improve any experience for the benefit of the institution that she works for. She is a very motivated person who is very keen to make a significant contribution to institutions that may offer a genuine interest in progression.
Susan is always willing to learn using the SWOT for particular institutions and always aims at using their strengths to move ahead.
She is also a member of the Africa Evaluation Association (AFRea), National Monitoring & Evaluation Working Group (NMEWG) and is a participant on the Greater Virunga Trans-boundary Collaboration Technical Indicator Tracking Committee.
