Our training refund policy is as follows:

• Cancellations made within 10 days of the training start date: No refund.
• Cancellations made within 15 days of the training start date: 25% refund.
• Cancellations made within 20 days of the training start date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within 25 days of the training start date: 75% refund.
• Cancellations made within 30 days of the training start date: 95% refund.

Please communicate cancellations as early as possible to help process your refund. We also recommend requesting a credit note for future training sessions to retain the value of your payment.
